St Ronan's Cider cellar door sits 800 metres passed Healesville Sanctuary where they craft unique Australian ciders from apples and pears grown in the Yarra Valley.
St Ronan's Cider use traditional processes that are associated with the production of outstanding sparkling wine and Champagne for their unique range of Methode Traditionelle or “M.T” ciders. This is presented in 750 millilitre bottles complete with cork and cage.
As with Champagne production, St Ronan’s MT cider undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle. The cider spends six months on lees, delivering a creamy texture and fine structure.
